Today, after three months, I had my seventh lesson with Teacher Uranus.
He was the first Kenyan teacher I had ever met.
He told me about Kenyan food, languages, sports, and culture. I learned about the WhatsApp app, which is popular in his country, when we discussed social networking services (SNS). We also discussed our favorite books.
I have fully realized that there are many things we can learn from African teachers with different backgrounds.
