Hello! My name is Teacher Henschel. My interest in education prompted me to complete my Bachelor of Secondary Education degree with a major in mathematics in 2020. After that, I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers in 2022. That same year, I also earned a National Certificate of Bookkeeping Competency.

My diverse work background has enriched my quest to become an instructor. I worked as a Pharmacy Assistant for more than three years, developing a sharp eye for detail and accuracy to ensure pharmaceutical safety. Furthermore, I had the honor of working as a Statistical Researcher for the Philippines Statistics Authority, where I honed my analytical talents.

Outside of official employment, I have participated in face-to-face tutorial sessions, allowing me to adjust my teaching style to each student's needs. Furthermore, my personal experiences, such as overcoming obstacles at a young age and balancing the demands of fatherhood, have ingrained in me resilience, empathy, and patience. Before following my dream of teaching, I worked as a call center agent for nearly two years. This position offered me valuable communication and flexibility skills since I interacted with people from all backgrounds daily.

As I transition into the job of ESL teacher, I am excited to use my skill set to create interesting and supportive learning settings. I am committed to creating a classroom environment in which every student feels appreciated, motivated, and inspired to achieve their greatest potential.
