Hello! My name is Velonta, and I’m excited to be your English teacher. I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education, majoring in Content Education. I have experience teaching both children and adults, and I truly enjoy helping students learn and improve.
I am a friendly, patient, and supportive teacher. In my free time, I enjoy reading books, watching movies, and singing. I became an English teacher because I want to help people build confidence and reach their goals through learning English.

- In my free time, I enjoy reading inspirational and self-help books like The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Atomic Habits. I also love watching movies, especially feel-good and romantic comedies—some of my favorites are The Intern, Notting Hill, and About Time. Singing is another hobby I’m passionate about—I usually sing pop and acoustic songs like Perfect by Ed Sheeran or A Thousand Years by Christina Perri. These hobbies help me relax and also bring creativity and energy to my teaching.
